CGH Bracket for Zygo GPI

This CGH mounting bracket attaches our M1206 Six-Axis CGH Positioner to your Zygo GPI interferometer.

For use with Zygo GPI's optional 3-rod system.
Slides on any one rod while steel roller bearing and soft rubber roller follow another rod to prevent rotation.
Clamps in position with a single knob.
May be configured for clamp knob facing inward or outward.
Linear stage provides 25 mm of precise axial translation.
Breadboard plate has generous M6 hole pattern on 12.5 mm grid for maximum versatility.
M1206 Six-Axis CGH Positioner available separately.

CGH Bracket for MiniFIZ

This CGH mounting bracket for ADE Phase Shift MiniFIZ interferometer is nearly identical to that for the Zygo GPI (see above). The only differences are that the breadboard plate is shorter (because rods are closer) and the linear stage is omitted for lack of space. An M1206 Six-Axis CGH Positioner (available separately) bolts directly to the breadboard plate.
