EXFO Burleigh Products Group PZAT Series Aligner/Translators have provided phase shifting in many custom built interferometers. The Models PZ-80 and PZ-90 are well suited for visible wavelength phase shifting at 0 to 100 volts. The Model PZ-80 is part of the phase shifting reference mirror attachment of the Buccini Instrument Company MIC-1 interferometer.

Diffraction International’s PZAT Driver Kit provides everything you need for our Durango Interferomery Software to drive a PZAT Series Aligner/Translator at 100 V. The Burleigh Aligner/Translators have three matched PZT tube segments mounted 120° apart. The adapter cable connects these PZT segments in parallel to provide tilt-free translation from the single-channel driver.
